RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for safe Startup & Shutdown for CFBC,STG & WHRB Systems.

Handle the emergency conditions of boiler like drum Level low & high and any fan & boiler feed pump trip, vacuum low etc.,

Grid breaker open, complete block out of power, TG trip etc., Operating system from control and diagneces DCS control.

Carrying out the functional & interlock checks for BOILER & STG system.

Responsible for smooth running of boiler, Turbine and related accessories.

Continuous monitoring process of Boiler and turbine.

Maintain log books & records during the shift operation activities.

Routine inspection of plant equipment and accessories.

Minor mechanical maintenance of Boiler & Turbine.

Monthly planned preventive maintenance.

Plant Shutdown work like Air wash in Furnace area,Economizer, Air preheater, and ESP, Refractory Work in Bed coils & hydrotest etc.,

Able to read the Logic diagram.
