Holy Mosque One of the mega projects in
the world, the total manpower of the project
is 25000,my specific project name is
Service Building; the total project manpower
is 5000, and the total number of safety staff
is 125.
The project boundary is around 1 KM and
consists of four zones. Each zone has an 8-
level height; ground, bridges, culverts; most
of the work activities are civil, mechanical,
pipe installation, electrical work, lifting
activities work at height, excavations,
marble work, etc.
I am reported to the Deputy HSE Director.
Assigns safety engineers' duties as per
project zones.
We did a weekly walkthrough with the
consultant and top management.
HSE Internal Audit ISO 45001 and ISO
1400.
Consultant observation report anylysis and
Closeout.
Review the HSE management system.
Implementation of a health and safety
