INBOUND DOCK SORT /WATERSPIDER
Responsible for the health of the entire inbound team, the work processed at the dock is distributed by my team of decanters which is the processed and fed to 5 different inbound stow mods with our warehouse.
Roles in Water Spider making sure every AA’s have supplies for their workstation to maintaining standard work keeping the processes going throughout the day ensuring all blue lights are taken care of so that volume of our department doesn’t drop
Building pallets on wood pallets that are in good condition and placing a shipment label on each box to prevent inventory getting lost and making sure all pallets are wrapped tight.
Scanning every QR code to see what pallet it must go on, so it goes to the right department
Making sure every box had a CSX so that the scan tunnels can send product to its right destination
Unloading trailers at a specific time to ensure nothing dwells past 24 hours.
TOM TEAM ASSISTANT
Yard axis, Guard shack filling out paperwork to ensure what model trailer it is, what state it’s coming from, and how many pallets they have in the trailers. Contacting TOM TEAM Managers to ensure the proper documentation given is accurate

Counting how many boxes on a pallet and opening boxes to see how many products are in each box so that I can label the entire pallet with the exact count so forklift driver can load it in the trailers
SORTER
Being able to climb high stairs to see above the sorts if there’s any jams building up so that I can pull totes off the conveyor to prevent the warehouse sort from shutting down
UNIVERSAL
Reviewing order receipts to identify where products will be shipped, inspect shipping totes to ensure they meet shipping regulations.
