Work Experience:

Served 20 years (from 08/08/1988 to 07 /08/2008) in Indian Navy and during this tenure obtained work experience as leader and Middle level manager that includes leading and management of human resources, material management through accurate planning., decision making, organizing, directing and controlling in order to produce desired organizational goal efficiently and effectively on time.

Post training, I started my carrier as tradesman in Aviation branch.When qualified leadership, promoted to senior sailor i.e AAW4 and shared the responsibity of supervisor.

During supervisor duty line- chief aircraft, tool control in.- in- charge duties were assigned to me that I discharged to satisfactory.

After doing Management course and chief artificer course, I was promoted to CHAAW and issued with flight servicing chargeman, and duties auch as Chief-in-Charge Aircraft Maintenance and Ccontrol Office, Chief- in – Charge Section, Chief – in – Chage Work Shop were assigned to me that I had executed to utmost satisfaction.

Imparted my 11 yrs. (from 12/07/2008 to 11/07/2021) service as Chief Executive Office of a Company namely M/s Shiv Shiva Global Engineering, Visakhapatnam and gained experience in diversified direction of management as complete in-charge of management of all activities of company.

During my tenure as CEO of the company, I won many contracts in Indian Navy such as Comprehensive maintenance of Ground Support Equipments, Supply of Aircrft parts

In shipside my company won the contract for repair and overhauling of motors of capacity,90KVA, 120 KVA, 45 KVA and under my technical guidance contract was executed to customer satisfaction

Company also won contract for repair and maintenance of Convertors that also was executed to utmost customer satisfaction.

My company also won the contract for steel renewal and deck cleaning and painting for INS Dutt TUG that we executed with utmost satisfaction of the customer.
