JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

● Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records,

● Monitor the production phase at various levels,

● Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications and blueprints to understand the product requirements,

● Verify conformance to applicable procedures and other approved documents,

● Prepare procedures, update and maintain files as needed by ISO certification and quality enhancement,

● Interact effectively and professionally with all customers,

● Execute knowledge of QA methods and standards, inspection procedure, QA instructions and assembly specifications,

● Update and maintain inspection documents, forms, logs, conformance certificates and other records,

● Identify root cause of problems, analyze and develop remedial actions working with shop floor and engineers,

● Reports quality problems or findings to quality control manager and follows up to ensure that corrective action has will take place,

Industrial Mechanical Maintenance and Responsibilities :

● Valve, pump, Turbine generator, water feed pump, manualing valve, low duty compressor

, high duty compressor, low pressure turbine, high pressure turbine instrument maintenance work,

● Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods,

● Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment,
