Worked as a CCR Operator (July 2017 to present date)

Preparing and scheduling work programs and implementing the directions of the Operation Manager.

Responsible for generation of reports on all activities and update in relation to any arising concerns, issues or maintenance work required.

Responsible for own initiative, judgment in adjusting plant conditions particularly in emergency situation.

Responsible for control of process through SCADA and DCS system.

Responsible for all field activities including PLC control.

Working on DMF, DAF, UF and RO system having capacity of 26 MIGD.

Worked as a Field Operator (March 2016 to June 2017)

Managed all the field responsibilities.

Working on PLC and DCS system to achieve the operation goal within safety measure.

Responsible for 05 MSF units having capacity 12.5 MIGD each and RO system with capacity of 37.5 MIGD.

Perform the responsibilities of start-up, shut down, trouble shooting and Equipment changeover.

Isolate the equipment for PM Job and check the ongoing jobs performance.

Coordinate with control room in case of trouble shooting and emergency.

Check the seawater intake system with pre-treatment.

Check and operate four chiller units to get cooling for the whole plant.

Perform all the activities on potable plant to get the final value according to the standard before storing.

Check the quality of water in pre-treatment units like Coagulation tank, DMF, DAF, Cartridge filter.

Regular testing of water samples usually located in Analyzer Equipment with parameters like silica level, phosphate, nitrite, iron, chloride, chlorine, total hardness, total suspended solids, turbidity, alkalinity, conductivity, pH, zinc, iron dispersant, scaling inhibitors, BOD,COD for waste water projects (ETP).

Responsible for maintenance of boiler, turbine, cooling tower, water treatment RO and waste water treatment plant.

Provide on-site testing with instrument being used such as spectrophotometer, conductivity and PH meters.

Provide Reverse Osmosis Membrane Cleaning by the use Aqua-treat, Unitor Proprietary Chemicals.

Ensuring & recommending the proper application of chemicals into the clients’ Equipment through regular monitoring of chemical dosing pumps and chemical tanks.

Responsible for all sales of chemicals and give suggestions to client for better function of their equipment.
