Oversee all aspects of environmental, social and governance for the project.

Build solid working relationships with all stakeholders and regulatory bodies, including local communities and indigenous groups.

Provide regional oversight for all the distribution centers and office within all sites. A key responsibility is to provide continuous improvement expertise that assists the business in reducing and eliminating the operational HSE risks and driving the maturity of performance within. I report to the Health, Safety, Environment and Resiliency, I help to develop and deliver the strategic plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) while ensuring long term development of the HSE team. I am responsible for developing an HSE performance culture that will differentiate from other competitors and expand Honeywell’s reputation in HSE.

KEY ACHIVEMENTS

Directs and coordinates activities of personnel staff engaged in HSE (Environmental Health and Safety) programs.

Understands and has experience executing an HSE management system across several sites. Monitors HSE regulatory compliance within the account, market area, or geographical/contractual area of responsibility. Timely communicates all findings, concerns and deficiencies to the responsible management team and ensures that issues, concerns and deficiencies are corrected. Develops and implements strategic solutions that will support management's efforts to improve and maintain compliance as required. Reviews and oversees all work processes and conditions to ensure HSE protective measures are optimized.
