1.Participate in the Pre Construction Meeting to understand the “scope of work” and provide input for the planning of the job installation and establishment of production goals.
2.Initiate job site communications and establish relationships with relevant parties.
3.Prior to delivery of materials and start up of jobs, present installation plan to project superintendent or owner’s representatives. 4.Establish staging area for materials, equipment and tools. 5.Coordinate the unloading,sorting,verifying and organizing of materials. 6.When applicable, direct and/or participate in the trenching and installation of underground mains including backfilling and tamping. 7.Direct/assist in the installation of Fire protection system iaccordance with approved drawings and plans.
8.Each day, plan and evaluate the installation progress & schedule and evaluate proposed or known construction changes, etc., discuss/resolve all known discrepancies with supervisor.

10.Accurate;and complete, execute and process the field level paperwork required by branch and corporate management systems. 11.Ensure that all equipment; including and specialty valves and fire pumps are installed in strict compliance with manufacturer's requirements. 12.Conduct/Coordinate necessary testing of system, ensure required certifications are complete. Execute field related close out process. W13.Coordinate the daily work schedules and direct the daily tasks/productivity of assigned employees.
14.Assist Superintendent in the evaluation of assigned employees. 15.When Necessary, mentor, coach and discipline assigned employees; per company policies.
16.Maintain compliance with all company and state/federal safety standards,regulations,equipments and procedures.
