On behalf of SR Technical Services LLC, I am working as a project coordinator with different clients since 2017 i.e. FCCI / IDAMA, Huawei, and Al Babtain LeBlanc Emirates telecommunication System LLC on various projects e.g. LOS, FLM and DU MBB etc. Key Responsibilities:

Project: LOS (Line of Sight)

Client: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd

Conduct LOS survey in AUH (Abu Dhabi) region for both IBS and GF respectively.

Making LOS reports and submission to client within stipulated timeframe.

Weekly and Monthly Reports generation and submission in timely manner.

Coordination with Client PM for scope allocation and Invoicing. Project: FLM

Client: IDAMA / FCCI (Future Communication Company International)

Coordination with Client for scope allocation & BOQ finalization.

Manage teams on field and get daily completion reports.

Formulate rectification reports and share PPT’s within timeframe to customer.

Coordination with client project engineer for scope allocation and Work Orders.

Plan and implementation of daily, weekly tasks and share with customer.

Preparation of BOQ’s, Invoicing and reconciliation with customer’s personnel.

Follow up with customer’s Finance department for materialization of invoicing.

Ensure all field activities are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with UAE Law and project / company H&S Policy.

Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to client and senior management.

Establishment and responsibility for project communications with client. General Responsibilities – In House:

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures for parent company.

Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams and PM.

Preparation of Sales and Expense data for VAT filing with consultant.

Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.

Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.

Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials and services to be purchased.

Working with zero penalty strategy, such as the expiry date for official documents i.e. company visas, insurances etc.
