Maintaining database of BD in Act Database Software.
Preparation of CTR (Cost, Time, Resource) in co-ordination with Engineering Disciplines.
Direct communication with Client.
Keeping track of Manhours spent on the various Projects.
Keeping track for raising Invoices of respective projects in co-ordination with Accounts dept.

To maintain DCR (Document Control Register) and updated it on weekly basis.

Secretarial work as required by the General Manager includes:
Making schedule of daily activities as per the instructions from GM.
Ensuring the weekly work data of the concerned personnel is fed into a computer package called MACRIS.
Ensuring all other related weekly and monthly data required are submitted on time to seniors. Interaction with the department personnel as well as other department concerned personnel.

Data entry of Technical Bid Analysis, Requisitions and Specifications.
Data entry of Technical review of Quotes.
Data entry of Work hour estimation of proposed projects.
