Prepare the Weakly planning schedule and engage the contractors by considering our resources and also client requirements.

Prepare the Bar bending schedule of above mentioned works and make them available at site timely. Try to reduce any cutting bending at site to reduce wastage.

Piling work like a board pile cast in citu & load test different dia.

Responsibilities Execution of Piling work & pile caps, load test, framed structure work, VDF road work, STP 400kld.

execution of piling for high rise building framed structures,

Preparing quantities for R.C.C. footing, column etc. And finding material requirements,

Repairing of concrete cracks by injection grouting.

Project planning and undertaking site survey to provide accurate details to design department & Quantity arriving purpose too.

Material management and to follow up with purchase and production departments regarding timely supply to the project.

Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance.

VDF flooring work and MEP WORK, finishing work like flooring, common areas, services line, sunken water proofing, roof treatment as per CPW specification,
