Title: Smart Handy Devices for the Blind and the Dumb Description: The main aim of the smart handy devices is to overcome the travelling difficulty for the visually impaired group, by giving those people guidance efficiently and safely. One is being the smart spectacle for blind and the other is being the hand glove for the dumb. They are made portable and compact.
