Review issued for construction drawings, plans, work details and construction specifications to ensure that all works implemented at site conforms to Project Quality and Safety Requirements

Check calibration logs and ensure calibrated equipment is displaying current certificate. Monitor the effective implementation of Procedures in accordance with Quality Assurance Manuals, Quality Control Inspection Plans, Project Specifications and Standard Codes.

Check fabrication, welding and assembly of all equipment at fabrication shop and preparing inspection report.

Carry out visual and dimensional checks of piping spools, Equipment, skid and structures as per approved drawings.

Responsibility to conduct inspection, witnessing and monitoring work activities in accordance with the approved inspection test plan and procedures.

Inspection of Structural Fabrication, pressure vessel, activities using SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW & GMAW process.

Ensure post weld heat treatment is carried out as per procedure.

Conduct PMI as per the project specification. If there is any Quality related problems, immediately inform to QC Engineer/ QC Manager.

Hardness of testing materials.

Responsible to make quality control awareness to the peoples in his assigned area.

Conducting the training to the bolt torque /tightening to the pipefitters.

Ensure appropriate tools, equipment’s and materials at site.
