Credentialing Supervisor April 2020 – Present
The role of a Credentialing Supervisor requires many day-to-day tasks. I oversee a team who credentials providers for 200+ locations all over the United States. Continue to help guide and put processes in place to make the Credentialing process simple, easy, and effective for the team and organization. Run daily reports in ECHO and conduct daily and weekly meetings with the team, leadership departments, and offices to insure effective communication regarding providers and their credentialing process through Microsoft Teams. As well as assist the team with sending out intake packages to new providers, complete applications, add locations, CAQH forms, and complete follow ups.

As a Credentialing Specialist I completed all new provider enrollment. From the time a new provider was onboarded, sending a credentialing intake package to obtain all necessary information needed to credential the provider with insurances. I submitted all payer applications, add locations, CAQH forms, completed follow ups, and credentials. All information was kept in ECHO software including provider effective dates.
