4. Petro StorindoEnergi (Diesel Storage Tank facilities) Indonesia – Estimation –Bidding support Estimated Value USD 28 Million. IOT won this project. 5. Estimation bidding support for Madhuban Project, Estimated value Rs. 450 Crore 6. PDO – Oman

– Estimation - Bidding support. Estimated Procurement USD 73 Million 7. Cairn Mangala – Rajsthan – Estimation – Bidding support. Estimated Procurement Rs. 180 Crore. 8. Provided Bidding support for Reliance Lakitan Jetty Project for Coal Handling in Indonesia. The total estimated Procurement cost was USD 50 Million.

EPC Procurement Support on Live Projects:

1. At present working on PT Oiltanking Storage Terminal; Karimun, Indonesia Project (Spearheaded the procurement of bulk items and field instrumentation items). Total value of Procurement USD 9.51 million. The items of procurement involved purchase of valves, MOVs and all field instrumentation and cables.

2. At present working on Petro Storindo Energi (Diesel Storage Terminal) Kalimantan, Indonesia Project. (Spearheading the procurement of all the instrumentation items). Total value of procurement USD 1.13 million. The items of procurement involves purchase of TFMS, CCTV, Access Control, F&G Panel, PLCs, Flow meters and other bulk instrumentation items. 3. Handled entire Procurement and Sub-Contracts for Oman Methanol Company LLC pipeline revamp Project at Sohar. The total budgeted cost was OMR 698,092. The items of Procurement involved Pump, Slop Tank, Pipes (1/2” to 24”, 30”), fittings, flanges, etc. The contracts finalized for Civil Works, E&I, Mechanical & Piping works and Painting. 4. Finalised the Contract of erection of Space Frame Structure around OMS building in IOCL Refinery Paradip BOOT-3 package area at the cost of Rs. 162 Lac. 5. OPaL (Dahej (Gujrat) – Procured consumables.

6. Compiled the database of IOT approved vendors as per ISO 9002 procedures requirement. 7. Prepared PR/ Approval Notes/ Purchase Orders/ GRNs/ Payment Sheets for regularizing various outstanding Procurement/ PRW works contracts/ Sub-contracts for various Projects, viz. PHED Jodhpur, MCCPL Korba, IOT-Mabagas Power Project Namakkal etc. in Oracle system. JOB PROFILE :

Floating tender enquiries for Contracts and Purchase requirements, Preparation of tender summaries, Bid-evaluation and negotiations, finalization of Purchase/ Contract; in co-ordination with Engineering, Projects & Finance.
