• Reporting to General Manage- HR / Project Manager

• Responsible for Overall P&A activities related to the project and leading a team 12-14 persons in the department

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles

• Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary

• Established camp with a capacity to accommodate 400+ personnel and managing the camp

• Preparation of Manpower requirement / loading chart of the project in co-ordination with Project Management team and responsible for Mobilization of Manpower from various parts of the world for the project based on the manpower requirement of the project

• Obtaining employment visa on receipt of documents from HO / agencies from different countries, Arranging Air Tickets for mobilization of manpower
