ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Conduct safety induction, weekly safety meeting, tool box talks and safety trainings.
Conduct Weekly and monthly HSE meetings.
Conduct Periodic Hygiene inspections, Fire Extinguisher, Crane, Life buoys, Life Jacket, EPIRB, and SART.
Fire hoses, Life Boat and BA Sets.
Regular training to workers, supervisor staff and safety crew on fire fighting and maintain its facility
Coordinate the implementation of HSE Program through the different senior Engineers.
Implementing Company and Client (International standards) Safety rules and regulations.
Conducting Standard Fire & Rescue Trainings and Mock drills.
Coordinating with Clients for the Permit To Work Systems (PTW).
Coordination of Fire & Rescue Team on the Working Platform.
Safety notifications and participating in safety meetings.
Regular monitoring of site and conducting emergency drills.
Coordinating with Incident & Injury Free program and lead initiatives through exhibiting Proper leadership behaviors.
Delivering orientations/training and coaching leadership team and employees.
Conduct Emergency Response Exercises in accordance with industry & regulatory compliance. Conducts safety induction, weekly safety meeting, toolbox talks and safety trainings/seminars.
Coordinates with 3rd party the bi-annual re-inspection and re-certification of lifting loose gears and equipments. (Mobile, tower and overhead cranes, and forklifts).
Looking after sub-contractors HSE activities Coordinate the certification of lifting equipment.
Implement safety award scheme to employees.
Waste disposal monitoring and records.
