• Expertise in generating, maintaining and analyzing project budgets and schedules.

• Ability to perform detailed budget analysis of Project Budget vs. Cost to Date, including: analysis of unit cost based on actual production quantities.

• Implement and manage project controls, cost tracking procedures.

• Cash flow projections and forecasts.

• Skilled at preparing forecasts, including: forecasting cost to complete, percent to complete, profit margin calculations and forecasted revenue.

• Financial Reporting expertise, ability to create and build custom reports.

• Ability to process Subcontractor pay application audits and payments, vendor/supplier invoice payments, lien release tracking, Insurance tracking.

• Prepare Client progress billings in accordance with contract documents.

• Process and enter Change Order Requests and Change Orders.

• Cost tracking including, committed costs, open purchase orders and unapproved invoices.

• Expertise in purchase order procedures and development. Oversee purchase order preparation and entries into the system.

• Responsible for managing and implementing equipment and fuel tracking procedures.

• Oversee and manage equipment cost tracking, review and sign rental agreements and equipment maintenance tracking.

• Experience in contracting, bonding and insurance requirements.

• Manage, review and prepare Contracts and Subcontracts.

• Possess thorough and efficient bookkeeping and accounting skills.

• Possess experience and ability needed to maintain a general ledger, including: reviewing and overseeing GL entries.
