WORK EXPERIENCE

Worked at Radio Sahara Busia FM 94.3 as a radio presenter/reporter for a period of one year from 5thAugust 2019 to 31August 2020.

Worked at Kenya Television Service (KTS) as a student on attachment for a period of three months beginning 1st September 2017 to 30th December 2017.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Being a student of communication and journalism, I have become an active member as well as the Kiswahili editor of The Legacy Press club in Moi University.

I have attended the following conferences and attained certificates as follows;

A. 28th November, 2014. A communication conference under the theme Communication in the New Media Age, organized by the Communication Students Association of Moi University

B. Fashion Crazy event held at the school of Information Sciences, Moi University, on 5th February, 2016. Social media awareness, modeling at exhibition stage performances was the main theme.

C. Media and Society Training Camp organized by Nation Media Group in Moi on 3rd and 4th of March 2017,aimed at perfecting the art of journalism, TV influence on society as well as qualities of good broadcast and networking skills.
