-Assisting the Divisional Fleet Manager with the fleet planning for Europcar and Tempest Car Hire, which included obtaining rental stats and liaising with the Operations Directors for rental requirements
-Assisting with ordering vehicles for the new financial year per company which included weekly delivery updates
-Liaised directly with suppliers to follow up on orders and deliveries
-Selling of vehicles to various dealers and Auto Pedigree
-Submitting monthly stats to the Divisional Fleet Manager
-Loading all new vehicles on the Impress System

Accomplishments
I have received various awards, through Europcar specifically, for customer service excellence. Working at these various companies all emphasis was on providing the best possible customer experience.
Whilst in the employ of Liquid Capital I attended and passed Excel Intermediate training as well as Customer Management training.
