Assist in all office management and administrative process. Prepare and distribute courts order including probation orders, sentencing information and summonses.
Accurately schedule cases, notify necessary parties and prepare court calendars using approved forms and processes. Ensure that all legal documents submitted adhere to the law and court procedures.
