• Serve as the liaison between the Clinical Practice Manager, Office Supervisor, Technicians, Orthopedic Sales Representatives, Physician and staff.

• Monitors departmental compliance with all applicable standards (OSHA/HIPAA); reports compliance concerns; ensures utilization of resources for resolution of issues.

• Removal of post-operative patient sutures, k-wires, and steri-strips.

• Responsible for applying short leg casts and posterior splints for post-operative patients and those with unstable fractures and sprains.
