•Employment Program Specialist for State Vocational Rehabilitation Division successfully assessed and placed disabled clients resulting in a 25% increase of referrals to Goodwill Industries in a 12-month period. Responsible for all phases of vocational rehabilitation process for clients with varied physical disabilities, developed work experience sites for developmental delayed clients and job placement programs.

•Provided County Mental Health Vocational Services referrals for vocational assessments, job readiness training, job development, and employment barrier removal.

•Developed the first TANF program with Klamath Indian Tribe in Klamath County in collaboration with tribal education and employment staff offered vocational assessment, training and career development for tribal members.
