Execute domestic and global sourcing activities to support operations in Qatar.

Facilitate RFQ/RFP activities to provide market-benchmarking analytics to accomplish spend optimization in the delivery of services.

Analyse, negotiate and award supply & service agreements in line with country budgets and company policies.

Serve as a key liaison in vendor management. Identity, audit, set up and monitor vendor performance in line with contractual requirements delivering favorable commercial terms and conditions.

Understand the company’s Global Directive, train end users and implement Procurement related transformational activities, ensuring set KPI’s are achieved.

Lead the scheduled review of Purchase Orders to ensure compliance to delivery and proactively action shortfalls ensuring all stakeholders (vendors, end users, logistics & Finance) are updated.

Total quantity of work package /materials required for the entire project with delivery schedule

Assets & Inventory (A&I) Management:
