This facilitated appropriate recommendations made to patients for planning their obstetric and high-risk care and management. This additionally allowed clinic operations to function smoothly with a patient’s entire history, assessment, and plan reflected in their charts. I was able to gain experience in obstetric and MFM care, as well as practice my writing skills by documenting approximately 100 patient visits per week.

THis clinic provides holistic care in the form of mental health aid, assistance in battling substance use, and helping those suffering from chronic homelessness. Duties & Roles: Communication liaison between patients and providers, helped patients fill out forms, answered patients’ questions, and assisted in administrative work. Helped conduct surveys on understanding patient needs and improving patient conditions in the clinic. Worked to strengthen patient relationships with providers for long term care to be provided more effectively.
