• Project Engineer Experience staffing, planning, budging, purchasing monitoring, controlling and construction management.

• Work Closely with Designers, Drafters, modelers and other in-house Engineers to produce high quality MEP Design.

• Preparation of Shop Drawings, rising timely invoices, variations, claims and settlements, bill of quantity, finalization of various suppliers, subcontractors, work planning and execution of work with optimum resource.

• Ensure that all contractors work is done in accordance with project specification & approved construction drawings, contract documents, agreed procedures, method of statement and applicable local and international standards.

• Direct manage and provide engineering and technical support in the installation, testing and commissioning of MEP System.

• Submit Site daily reports, inspection request, estimates and all applicable monitoring report on regular basis or as required.

• Monitoring close out of snags raised by the consultant and supervise the temporary service items at project closeout.

• Subcontract Agreement Finalization with full scope of work

• Successful completed project prior to due date and on budget.

• Preparation review and validation of Tender documents and contract including BOQ, Preambles to BOQ, instruction to tender etc.

• Check all addendum and communications received from client, ensuring that all items are being clarified and considered in the pricing.

• Pricing material and labor cost of each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets, by using the quotations and pre-determined manpower production rates.

• Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specification and BOQ

• Quantity takes off for BOQ items and measuring from site.
