Twenty years’ experienced Field Engineer, with responsibility for projects, offshore platforms, onshore rigs, controls and safety, maintenance and logistics, in more than 20 countries around the world - from Norway to Mexico - managing people (teams of up to 30 persons) and plants, vehicles and machinery.

I’m fluent in English and with a multi-cultural mindset.

Passionate about sea and diving, I have worked a lot on offshore plants, gaining high skills in the Oil & Gas sector, upstream and downstream oil drilling rigs, FPFO systems; I have worked, too, in environment and renewable energy areas, geothermal energy, tunnel drilling. Field Engineer freelance in geology/geotechnics – since September 2016

Freelance consultancy activities for several companies of my previous employers. In addition, I developed a new experience as Geotechnical Supervisor for the installation of piling for wind turbines for Edison SpA - renewable energy sector.

Field Engineer offshore – November 2010 / August 2016, Baker Hughes Inteq (oil & gas)

Thanks to 6 years in the role of Field Engineer in the SLS - Surface Logging System department, following numerous construction sites, I consolidated the varied previous experiences, developing a managerial status.

Responsibility for Oil Wells Safety Control, valve maintenance, electronic sensors, cuttings for geological analysis in offshore platforms and onshore rigs around the world – Italy, Norway, Scotland, England, Israel, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Egypt a.o.

Field Engineer offshore – 2005 / 2010

I worked five years long for several companies all over the world, expanding my knowledge and ability in many fields: drilling mechanical assembly (including underwater), environmental aspects of pollution prevention, logistics and materials’ transportation for oil rigs, valves and vehicles maintenance, a.o.

I was engaged in the department of electronic instrumentation applied to deviation and MDW-LWD measurements. My tasks concerned the measurement of geological parameters such as porosity, Gamma Ray, etc. through electronic devices placed inside drill rods and at construction sites - in Italy and central Europe (mainly Germany and Hungary).
