• Independently perform & monitor Brewhouse & cellaring operations according to company's SOP's.

• Daily Sensory of Beer & blending plan accordingly.

• Devolping new SOP's as per ammendments done in processes/machine operations/New projetcs installed.

• Brewhouse & cellar manpower handling for smooth brewing operations.

• Daily Data updation in SAP as well as weekly/Monthly reporting to HO for Key KPI's i.e BHR, Beer loss, Extract Loss, FTR, OPI NONA, Hops Utilization.

• Optimize process control by monitoring and cross checking of different process parameter from quality point of view.

• Troubleshoot & Brewery operation for maaximum efficiency.

• To follow CIP sopʼs procedure for vessels.

• RM Storage & handling, Maintaining FIFO

• Manage all quality related record keeping and compliance documentation

• Assessment, organization, management, and inventory

• Yeast management

• Adherence to cleanliness and quality control standards

• Daily monitoring of key KPIs i.e. BHR/Beer loss/Co2 consumption/WUR(water usage Ratio) & implementing action plan acoording to deviations against budget.

• Maintain & Uptade all Brewing,Bottling & Kegging records on Excise Portal.

• Effective execution and co ordination of production activities.

• Responsible for machine & equipment running, maintenance. Responsible for Smooth shift brewing operation controlled By SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) and instance decision taking for smart operation.

• Engineering improvements and modifications in plant.

• Active member of TPM Autonomous Management pillar .
