Preparation of the third party agreements and service contract and the scope of work for the main and Aux. systems in addition to all sub systems which includes the soft and hard FM contracts(HVAC, Elevator, Fire alarm and firefighting, BMS etc.).

Leading reviews of process and equipment failures using structured problem solving techniques such 5 WHYS….etc.

Continuous Improvement – Analysis of equipment trends, review of scheduled maintenance activities and frequency, and development of metrics to determine of equipment life. Highly analytical with an innate ability to promptly identify issues and formulate effective solutions.
