WORKING EXPERIENCE FROM TO DATE

Presently working as a Team Member at Emirates flight catering Dubai international airport as on 09thOCT’16 to till date. (Hospitality & Airline catering at Dubai Airports)

Previous Duties & Responsibilities:

Control the storage and issuance of food products in a FIFO (first in first out) basis so as to minimize wastage and ensure that all the in/out dates are recorded in the Bin cards and system for easy data retrieval.

Ensure that the goods are stored in a tidy manner that simplifies the issuance and stock taking process.

Carry out the daily activities by adhering to the company’s Hygiene and Safety rules and regulations.

Perform daily stocktaking and assist the Finance department in the monthly stock taking process.

Ensure that goods received are as per the required specifications (quality, quantity, expiry date and hygiene) the stock levels are maintained appropriately for all times in accordance with operational needs and items are issued as per the different sections requisitions.

Ensure that proper documentation supports the issuance and receipt transactions passing through the W&D division. Ensure control the storage and issuance of food products in a “First in, First out” basis as to minimize wastages.

Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 international standards and executes his responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.

Email communication within airlines customer & internal department.

Training going on for OAL inventory management system.

OAL cabin dressing file maintaining.

Asset control of OAL equipment.
