Safety side we lowered out TIRR from an 8 to 0.55 in two years did this by having a Safety and Ergonomic Committee and made major improvements to workstations. Developed a Safety Observation Program that we were 87% successful and repairing any Safety Related issues in less than 30 days. Moto was Safety First!
