Involving preparation of daily progress report
Involving job allocation to site supervisors and monitoring on daily basis
Involving material requisition and follow up with material controller for day to day site

Involving to prepare weekly and monthly work schedule
Involving site Technical Queries work
.Planning and controlling movement of equipment’s.
Co-ordination with client for all design & Field modification works,
