DUTIES

Receiving of and collating incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure prompt response to complaints and queries.

Maintaining a database system for assets (e.g.) furniture & equipment.

Compiling of company monthly reports.

Providing administrative service to the office by ordering stationery, stocking or any other requisitions.

Maintaining a diary for booking of the boardroom.

Attend promptly and politely to queries from internal and external customers telephonically, in person and in writing as appropriate.

Preforms first aid functions on injured employees by applying first aid knowledge and recording details.

Taking minutes during meetings and follow up on agreed terms.

Maintaining of electronic, confidential and hard copy filing system of staff records, contracts, correspondence and master copies.

Co-ordinate induction sessions for newly appointed employees and inviting relevant stakeholders for presentations.
