Detailed fellowship and observer ship History:

(A) Fellowship in Adult joint Reconstruction at OCM MUNICH for 3 Month in Germany (09/01/2017 to

09/04/2017)

I have undergone fellowship training in adult reconstruction and revision of hip and knee Reconstruction under the Mentorship of Orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Pd Robert hube ( AO – Faculty) and Dr. Micheal sostheim. OCM Clinic is one of the largest tertiary referral hospitals in Munich providing state-of-the-art medical care and the best possible outcomes to more than one tenth of all patient services in Germany, along with a highly trained team of orthopaedic team. OCM CLINIC is a 300 bed quaternary and tertiary referral teaching hospital. My main interest is in primary hip and knee replacement surgery. At OCM Munich hospital I have assisted more than 750 surgeries with a variety of range in the cases starting from primary, revision, infected cases and others. I was regularly scrubbing in all the cases and equally participating in case discussion In addition to I have also assisted Dr Alexanzer kirgis in Varity of the cervical spine and lumbar spine cases. I had a chance to scrub for the disc replacement and scoliosis surgery with deformity correction of many patients. I have gained much positive output from the fellowship especially regarding the importance of the well pre operative planning and post op management protocols

(B) Observer ship in Joint & Spine Reconstruction at NYU Langone Medical Centre for 1 Month in New York USA.

I did my observer ship under Dr. Goldstien who is a renowned name in the field of spine and reconstruction. I have seen many of the rarest surgeries. I have worked with Dr.Keeneth egol a trauma specialist and a known author of many orthopaedic books and journals. I was privileged to see him performing difficult trauma surgery Majority of the work was in primary and revision arthroplasty of Hip and Knee. I had exposure to non navigated and navigated knee arthroplasties, primary and revision ACL reconstructions, meniscal repair and knee arthroscopy, surgical management of subluxation and dislocation of the patella, osteotomies around the knee. I was allowed to scrub in the primary hip and knee arthroplasties under supervision. I also had the opportunity to observe Dr.Craig Waller and Dr. Leo Pinczewski who are the leading knee surgeons. I have worked with surgeon Dr.Thomas Zukerman the chief of NYU School of medicine, who is a pioneer in shoulder replacement and hip replacement. I have gained some positive learning regarding the measures of infection control in the post operative period

(C) Fellowship in Complex Trauma & Joint Reconstruction at Uppsala University Hospital in Uppsala, SWEDEN. (22/04/2018 to 29/05/2019).

I have undergone fellowship training in Adult Trauma and revision of Trauma of long and small bones under the Mentorship of Orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Peter Strom and Dr.olle wolf. Both the professor are the senior AO- Faculty members, As Uppsala university hospital is one of the largest tertiary referral hospitals in Uppsala providing state-of-the-art medical care and the best possible outcomes to more than one fifth of all patient services in sweden, along with a highly trained team of orthopaedic team.

Uppsala university teaching hospital is a 500 bed quaternary and tertiary referral teaching hospital. My main interest is in Poly trauma and knee replacement surgery. At Uppsala hospital I have assisted more than 250 surgeries with a variety of range in the cases starting from primary, revision, infected cases and others. I was regularly scrubbing in all the cases and equally participating in case discussion and weekly seminar and presentations

In addition to I have also assisted Dr Muller a senior surgeon in Varity of the cervical spine and lumbar spine cases. I had a chance to scrub for the disc replacement and scoliosis surgery with deformity correction of many patients. I have gained much positive output from the fellowship especially regarding the importance of the well pre operative planning and post op management protocol In addition to I have also assisted Dr Rehman in Varity of the Hand injury cases. I had a chance to scrub for the fracture cases and deformity correction of many patients
