Supervise the technical support department; responsible for deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our merchants credit card processing equipment and online gateways.

Developed tracking for each pet rescued: which volunteer rescued the pet, veterinary office visited, procedures and prescriptions the pet received, current location of pet, and other associated details
