Job Role: Senior Administrative Executive

Human Resources and Payroll & Technical Operations

As a Senior Administrative Executive with America's most successful low-cost airliner, JetBlue my responsibilities were primarily to assist and support JetBlue Senior Management- the Directors, Executive Vice Presidents and the Department Managers.

As a Team member, primary roles in processing the payroll for all JetBlue Crewmembers and to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting and payment.

HR Office Support by participate in the Interview and assessment of new candidates as needed.

Processing all types of leave such as FMLA, STD, OJI NY Paid Family leave, parental leave, Military etc.

Issuing officer for port authority (Liaison between JetBlue and Port Authority). Only issuing officer able to process port application, customs application for the new crewmembers / also renew all crewmembers ID every year.

Schedule /Vacation (for Maintenance, Quality control and Materials crewmember those who have worked under contract non contract crew with that said their payroll need to process differentially)

Prepare and deliver new employee induction programs.

Maintain and update employee records in time and attendance software (Datamatics, CrewTrac and Sabre).

Functions as Human Resource (HR) liaison with Information Technology (IT), Payroll and other groups on Human Resource Information System (HRIS) related matters.

Assist the HR team by employment verification I-9 process, scanning of Personnel Files, Health and Wellness programs.

Management of the Procurement process with co-ordination of requests and following up on open issues.

Administrative assistance on Corporate Services and co-ordination of external media advertising for JetBlue with the marketing department. Manage the issuance of contracts and ensure formalities are completed in line with company procedures and local legislation.

Responsible for crew scheduling to the maintenance department and System Operations Crewmembers.

Answer employee phone calls and research problems, questions.
