Worked as Data Analysis and Entry Specialist on LIC Policy Administration System and
performed below Duties as part of LIC EPMS New Business Team
Validate the New Business Policy Application Form filled by Owner for the LIC product and enter the Details in LIC Policy Administration system LIC EPMS
( from the Form In NEW ISSUE Screens (EA1-7) for LIC Endowment Policies like Jeevan Saral, Jeavan Tarang etc.
Analysis of Policies of LIC on Company Policy Administration Web system to validate Product/Owner/Coverage/Premium/Rider/Beneficiary and Agent Information is as mentioned in the LIC Application Form submitted by the Policy Holder LIC New Business Office.
Utilize scanned copy of the New Business Life Insurance Policy form and mapped all the details with the LIC Online Policy Administration system entered are correct
Making sure all the relevant Details are updated correctly
After entering the Policy Information, submitted and process the New Business Record in( EA 1-7 )to process ‘NEW ISSUE’ transaction on the Policy Admin system through ‘EA’ transaction on LIC system
Post New ISSUE validate the New Issue transaction is successfully applied and present in Transaction History Online UI .
For Any Technical issue in applying the New Issue Transaction on policy, followed the Handson provided to us by LIC EPMS Technical Team to refer the possible error scenario and how to override or fix. If not able to do by that reached out to Team lead to have issue log update and Team Lead would create Ticket for Technical Team to look and fix issue if any.
Create ISSUE LOG for any issue in Technical data entry and any discrepancy in Form Data and system Update and share with my Project Manager
LIC policy Administration system was Homegrown and has UI screen and backend was Mainframe and Database was DB2.
Produce Daily Report of the New Issue Transaction Applied, by using LIC EPMS
New Business Daily Report and giving Date as Todays Data and Transaction as ‘New issue’ and ID as my Logon Id for LIC EPMS
Review the Report with my Team Lead to validate there are no issues, if any issue in any Policy data New Issue Report captures it and gives error detail.
