Research Works On Build an Expert System To Analyzing the Cardiovascular Disease Diagnosis are not Enlisted in the Unsolved Problems on the Bases of Neural Networks Machine Learning Technique.

If there is any disorder in heart and blood vessels this situation is often called cardiovascular disease. Cardiac operations with proper functionality is utmost necessary for the survival of life. A person who is suffering by cardiovascular diseases and he/she is not well aware of having disease, it can lead to death. To save life, cardiovascular disease diagnosis at the beginning of disease is of extreme importance. Death rate due to heart disease has been increased rapidly. Cardiovascular illness is believed most deadly cause for deaths across the globe. From the facts and figures shared by the WHO (World Health Organization) “179 lacshuman” have lost lives just because of cardiac diseases. This research is carried out for effective diagnosis of heart disease. This research is carried out on a dataset available on UCI Machine Repository. Dataset consists of fourteen (14) attributes. Among these fourteen (14) attributes, thirteen (13) attributes are used as input parameters while one (1) attribute is used as output or target parameter. Multiple machine learning based techniques like SVM, K-NN, NN and NB are used to predict cardiovascular disease on UCI machine learning’s dataset. Among all the classification techniques that are utilized, proposed model based on NN based expert system produces the optimal results. 98.50 % of accuracy has been achieved by the NN based model in training and validation phases. 99.43 % sensitivity/recall and 97.76 % precision have been recorded. From results produced by the proposed expert system it’s satisfactory to utilize it for cardiovascular disease diagnosis. Proposed system will be helpful for diagnosis of heart disease with more accurately. That is one more thing is important here that is Cardiovascular disease diagnosis has been researched extensively, presented in literature (but it’s not enlisted in the unsolved problems). The ultimate goal remains identification of the root causes or factors of cardiovascular disease and relationship among these factors or causes. Design of neural network-based expert system is a challenging task in this research. This research is aimed to help out the people who are suffering from heart disease so may they can pay proper attention on their health. Investigating how companies use social media for marketing, advertising and consumer engagement is gaining interest. This article collects and analyzes data from brands / companies on Twitter to calculate the company's overall response to Twitter. A company's responsiveness is derived from three attributes: company popularity, average business responses, and average follower responses. Twitter network functions are used in calculating the posting frequency for companies and their followers. It has been shown that the proposed approach can be used to find the responsiveness of companies and their followers. Additionally, useful links for a brand consumer are extracted and the placement behavior of brands and their followers is determined using Twitter network features such as the number of retweets and geolocation. This article contributes to the literature on how to leverage Twitter data and its network structure features to find responsiveness and post behavior of companies and their followers. We believe that this approach can be used effectively in developing forecasting and information filtering systems, especially the personalized recommendation systems. Then such a large, rapid increase in Twitter data generated every second can be used for important analytical and interpretation purposes. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate an easy and simple solution called Tweet Analyzer. We propose a system to extract real-time Twitter data and to display the trending Twitter hashtaged and active users in a bar chart. Tweet Analyzer also uses the user's current location coordinates to display the tweets on a world map. The proposed system can be easily implemented and used for a variety of real-world applications such as job search, news updates and business intelligence.
