• I am responsible to care for my pts. from the beginning of their treatment to the end of their treatment. Staring with their weight and vital signs.
• As an Lvn I can connect pts. that have cvc's. I can also put cannulate pts with fistulas and grafts.
• I care for 4 pts during each shift and I have 3 shifts. I check vital signs every 30 min. I make sure that nothing is abnormal and too out of range and if it is I access and report to the charge nurse.
• Most importantly I make sure that all my pts are taken care and hear them out and help them in anything that they may need. Just put a smile on their face.
• I also have duties around the clinic that are assigned to me. for example I give out meds to pts. that are sent from our Davita rx. basic cleaning and making my station look nice and picked up. American r e d c r o s s Pomona, ca June 2012-September 2014 Document Reviewer
