Escort and introduce them to the reception team, welcome guests in Check in Lounge, offer, Prepare and serve welcome drinks. Assist with check in when needed - take payment and do the check in process with the Guest.

Oversee and run front office when needed – able to check in guests, take payment, make a reservation, check availability, change room statuses, cash ups and banking, running of night audit and checking night packs.

Managing of staff in all departments and ensuring staff happiness.
