1. AUDIT EXPERIENCE (01/07/2014 to 03/01/2018 (3.6 YEARS)) KPMG is one of a big four company, providing professional services in the areas of Auditing, Taxation, Management Advisory and Information Risk Management, During my tenure at KPMG I carried out Book Keeping, Auditing, Accounting, Taxation and Management Assignments for organizations in sectors such as Manufacturing, Banking, Trading, Hotel, mining etc., where I gained hands on experience related to the said areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of all kind of financial statement for Audit, Tax with compliance of IAS, IFRS accounting standards such as,
Statement of comprehensive income.
Statement of financial position.
Statement of Cash flow.
Statement of changes in equity.
Involvement in preparation and delivery of statutory audit reports, review reports, solvency statements, special purpose reports and notional tax assignments
Preparation of bank reconciliation and clearing suspense accounts
Supervision and review of work carried out by junior members of the staff.
Performing fraud investigations, preparing reports on such special assignments
Coordinate physical inventory counts & cycle counts and prepare month-end stock valuation report.

Preparation of all kind of financial statement with compliance of SLFRS and IFRS accounting standards.
Assist to prepare cost accounting reports
Preparation of management reports monthly
Maintain the company Asset Register.
Preparing tax returns such as Income tax, VAT and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time to Inland Revenue Department.
Preparation of bank reconciliation.
Prepare budget report monthly and analyze the variances with actual and discuss with the management.
Forecast the business with current market and discussed with the management and team to avoid losses.
Assist to prepare payroll according to the labor rule, and check salaries and wages schedules including EPF and ETF before pay and confirm to the management.
