• Responsible for analysis of major line problems using QC tools and making action plan.

• Sharing daily/weekly/monthly quality reports with the team, review & analyze team data & taken appropriate action accordingly.

• Process Improvement through Poke-Yoke, Kaizen & 5’S activity on shop floor.

• Responsible for daily manpower management.

• Implementing stringent quality control systems and reduces rejection & rework level.
