Organizing end to end recruitment of 25+ openings for 5 departments in the organization Formulating Job descriptions, job posting, sourcing candidates, interview scheduling, rolling out offers, etc.
Creating, updating and maintaining the department's organizational charts monthly to reflect organizational changes.
Rolling out of various forms and letters to the candidates & employees including Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion letter, Relieving letter etc. Working with CEO in formulating the HR Policies and Systems in the organization including Joining Policy, Induction Policy, HSE policy, Leave Policy, Exit Policy, Compensation & Bonus Policy etc.
Working with Department Managers to onboard the new candidates into the organization and Systematizing employee initiation weeks to welcome them to the firm and educate them about the policies
Creating HR Reports and other miscellaneous reports for the organization including Attendance, Appraisals, Training & Development Report etc.
Fostering a culture of openness and support to increase the trust amongst employees Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances etc. Updating the HR details of the employees in the Techlify HRMS systems including their personal information, leaves, training etc.
Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys and presenting the Data with the management. Techlify Inc. is a Guyana based Software developing company providing various solutions and services including Integrated Software Suite, Digital Marketing, Network & Security, Business Process Automation etc.
