Resolving technical queries with project management team on daily basis.

Daily and weekly progress reports for easy evaluation of project status.

Coordinates with inspection, operation and maintenance for safety reason and evaluation of progress reports.

Review inspection test plans and related quality control procedures, method statements

Conduct material receiving inspection and review Mill test certificate as per purchase order

To provide safety and safety habits.

Reviewing and Materials Take Off and Bill of Materials preparation for the construction as per the drawing..

Prepare material request according to the requirement of spool drawing

Raising Non – Conforming product report for materials not meeting the specifications

Involved fully in inspection activities of fabrication and erection activities

Monitor electrodes baking and holding cycles and review the welding consumable logbook.

Monitor fabrication activities of piping spools as per approved ITP and project specifications.

Inspect the smoothness of welding joints at inside orifice flange.

Ensure material preservation and traceability after fabricated spools to perform NDE as per line class IT SKILLS:
