Completing Biopsychosocials, treatment plans, suicide assessments, CIWA’s and discharge planning.

Assisting patients find Sober Living Placements and inpatient residential programs.

Placing patients who require PT, OT rehabilitation placements and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Facilitating Electroconvulsive Therapy placements for patients requiring this treatment.
