•Implement Kaizen on Shop floor.

•Responsibilities for production in Paint Shop with OK quality.

•All Paint testing viscosity adjustment by ford cup, Addition tape testing, Gloss testing Delta E version by Minolta meter instrument etc.

•Updating all documents related to production and process Engineering.

•Implement to increase the productivity and maintain the quality as per customer requirement.

•Rejection analysis on daily basis.

•Production planning as per SMG Daily and monthly Schedule.
