I established and implemented a solid workplace safety program through the guidance of an Injury Illness Prevention policy for all departments, which effectively resulted in the reduction of workers compensation injuries and the elevation of documented departmental training and recordkeeping.

I have successfully organized monthly safety meetings with leadership and key representatives of more than 15 departments (40 plus representatives) to discuss changes in processes, assessment of vendor/contractor liabilities, conduct training, recommend best practices to avoid injury, risk-conflict and complaint resolution.

I have investigated incident claims and partnered with insurance broker and administration on risk solutions, and advocacy for workers compensation injuries that reduce the overall cost of liabilities.

I have assisted the Transportation department with resolutions to parking lot & ADA accessibilities, DOT vehicle inspections and adherence to regulatory vehicle codes.
