Finance & Accounts

Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank & party reconciliation, preparation of consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind-AS and reports in compliance with ROC.

Overseeing financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss a/c, age-wise accounts payables, receivables statements and balance sheets; consolidation of group account, handling payroll accounting including preparation and finalization of monthly payroll.

Preparation of CMA data for CC limit and Interfacing with banks for speedy realization of overdraft facility & negotiation for credit facilities / term loan.

Attending quarterly Consortium meeting to be held with Banks/Financial Institutions.

Interfacing with Credit Rating Agency for Credit Rating, Insurance Company for Insurance and other External Agencies for guarantees, purchase, claim settlement, etc.

Increase in Authorised Share Capital, Dematerialization of Share, Transfer of Shares, Appointment and removal of Directors and other ROC work.

Accounts Receivable / Payable

Handling reconciliation of accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger control account.

Maintaining all advance deposits received and balancing them to the general ledger at month end.

Guiding the reconciliation of monthly collections between Billing System & Accounting System, debtors’ reconciliation, aging and bad debts provisioning.

Auditing & Taxation

Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audit and Audit of Govt. Institutions Sarve Shiksha Abhiyan and NRHM for Govt. of Rajasthan for all 32 District, DHFL Housing finance Corporation Ltd, CRIS Pharmaceutical Ltd., Vikas Road Carriers, Okara Road Carriers etc.

Attending to internal / statutory audit; evaluating the internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings and implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors.

Computing & arranging timely deposit of taxes, filing returns (TDS / Income Tax/ Sales Tax /Service Tax / VAT/ Excise/ GST) for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance.

Possessing knowledge in e-Form, assignments related to Registrar of companies, like Annual Return, Company Formation, Charge Management and other statutory work of ROC.
