Taguchi’s Orthogonal array s
• L8 means the array requires 8 runs. 2^7 indicates that the design estimates up to seven main effects at 2 levels each. The L8 array can be used to estimate seven main effects using four runs provided that the two factor and three factor interactions can be ignored so we are used this array.
Conclusion
• From the result of surface roughness we are concluded that the highest surface finish is done by when the lowest peak current, pulse on time and high voltage.
• The result of material removal rate we are concluded that the highest material removal rate is done by when the pulse on time, peak current is low and the voltage is high.
• In case of machining time we are concluded that the lowest machining time is occurred by when the peak current is low and the pulse off time is high. PERSONAL DETAIL

• Normally, measuring instruments are used to identify the linear, angular, pressure and temperature parameters of the given component based upon our requirement.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
• It is an object of the present invention to provide a measuring device for the low cost and maximum accuracy. It is another object of the present invention to provide a compact and durable measuring instrument for the measuring purpose. It is yet an object of the invention to design and implement a measuring instrument at maximum operational feature and light weight.
