Experience: Advisor in companies as responsible for the radiation health and safety program, perform radiometric measurements and reporting the results, I performed all aspects of a radiation protection program, including management of radioactive sources, inventory, radiation monitoring, instrument calibration and routine monitoring; ensure 100% compliance with on-site staff activities, conduct health and safety reviews and their compliance. Export radioactive sources, support as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). Train in quality and cement production issues, to companies at an international level. In the present project that I am managing, there are 4 people advised in a company of more than 2000 employees, dedicated to the production of sugar, with a budget in the project of 50,000 USD for the management of radioactive sources. Experience: I have 5 years of experience as a quality manager role in a chemical laboratory of cement industry. Leader of the assembly of all laboratory equipment from X-rays, configuration of the database to generate reports of all laboratory tests, configuration of electronic sample management and quality systems, manages a team of people within Quality, coach and training of personnel in all the required competencies in quality standards, ensure conformity, environment, health and safety. Evaluation of staff performance, based on goals and objectives. Implementation of new test, laboratory methods and documentation of key processes.
